Brian Joyce is a native of Huntsville, AL where he attended Huntsville High School. Mr. Joyce obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi. Mr. Joyce has been teaching for 12 years, 10 of which have been at South Jones. Mr. Joyce has been the Director of Bands at SJHS since 2017.  Mr. Joyce is married to his wife, Christy Joyce. They have two children, Emma Rae and William Walker, as well as two four legged fur children, Kaya and Luna
